【摘要】 目的:探讨西咪替丁在小儿过敏性紫癜治疗效果和机制。方法:将41例确诊为过敏性紫癜患儿随机分成两组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用西咪替丁,并对治疗效果进行观察。结果:治疗组中有效20例,无效1例,总有效率95%;对照组中有效9例,无效11例,对照组中总有效率45%。结论:西咪替丁是治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的有效药物之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect and mechanism of cimetidine for allerge purpuras in children.Method: 41 cases allerge purpuras children were divided randomly into 2 teams.The patients in testing team were treated with cimetidine.We observed the remedial effect of cimetidine.Result: 20 cases were effective,1 case no effective in testing team.9 cases were effective,11 cases no effective in control team.Total effective rate was 95% in testing,45% in control team.Conclusion: Cimetidine is one of effective remedy for allerge purpuras in children.更多还原
