【摘要】 目的:评价影视阴道镜在宫颈病变中的诊断价值。方法:对378例宫颈病变妇女进行宫颈细胞学检查,阴道镜图像观察及病理检查。结果:宫颈细胞学检查378例宫颈病变患者发现异常63例,占16.7%,经阴道镜下病理活检确诊为慢性宫颈炎319例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)59例,宫颈原位癌1例,宫颈浸润癌4例。分别占88.36%,10.32%,0.26%,1.06%。结论:影视阴道镜能准确取组织活检,可早期发现宫颈病变及宫颈癌,对诊断女性宫颈疾病结果准确、可靠、有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of vaginal speculum in cervical pathological changes.Method: 378 cases with cervical pathological changes underwent cervical cell test,vaginal speculum examination and pathological examination.Result: 63 cases were found abnormal in 378 cases through cervical cell test,accounting for 16.7%.We took biopsy with vaginoscopy.Then 319 cases were found with cervical chronic inflammation,59 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),1 cases with cervical carcinoma in situ and 4 cases with invasive carcinoma of cervix uteri,respectively accounting for 84.4%,15.6%,0.26%,1.06%.Conclusion: Vaginal speculum examination can help us take biospy more exactly,find cervical pathological changes and cervical cancer earlier,It’s an accurate and reliable method for cervical disease diagnosis.更多还原
