【摘要】 目的:观察腹膜透析并发感染的因素及防治对策。方法:调查分析2005年1月至12月我院肾内科陆续收治的10例因慢性肾功能衰竭行腹膜透析而发生腹膜感染病人。结果:其中1例院内感染,9例院外感染,分析腹膜感染的原因与无菌操作不严、患者的营养状况、文化背景及家庭环境等有直接关系。结论:腹膜透析腹膜感染受多种因素影响,预防和治疗腹膜感染需要采取综合措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the cause of post-peritoneal dialysis infection(PPDI) and its prophylaxis.Method: Analyzed 10 PPDI cases suffered from chronic renal failure.Result: Only 1 case was hospital onset of infection,the other 9cases were community infection.The main causes of infection included non-sterile technique and the nourishment,culture background,family circumstance of patient.Conclusion: PPDI is a multi-factors induced disease,and needs combined prophylaxis and treatment.更多还原
