【摘要】 目的:探讨带蒂帽状腱膜骨膜瓣修复粉碎性前颅底骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性总结粉碎性前颅底骨折19例修复手术的效果。结果:采用了折叠的带蒂帽状腱膜骨膜瓣修复粉碎性前颅底骨折,取得了较好的效果。近期未发现脑脊液瘘,颅内感染。结论:带蒂帽状腱膜骨膜瓣是修复粉碎性前颅底骨折较好的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of reparation for traumatic comminuted fracture of anterior skull base.Method:The surgery and outcome of 19 patients who underwent traumatic comminuted fractures of anterior skull base were retrospectivly summarized.Result:"Sandwich",folded pedicled flaps of percanial and aponeurotica gales,were utilized for traumatic fractures of anterior skull base without cerebrospinal fluid fistulous and meningitis.Conclusion:The surgery way of "sandwich" were suitable for traumatic comminuted fractures of anterior skull base.更多还原
