【摘要】 目的:为探讨大肠癌手术标本中Skp2的表达及其与p27k ip1表达的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学STREPT-AVID IN-B IOTIN-COMPLEX法,检测大肠癌手术标本中Skp2、p27k ip1的表达。结果:Skp2的表达的阳性率:浸润于粘膜以及粘膜下层为0%(0/4),浸润达肌层者为40%(2/5)。浸润达浆膜层者为61%(43/71);淋巴结转移阳性者阳性率为77%(36/47);临床病理分期第1、2、3期阳性率分别为22%(2/9),29%(7/24)和77%(36/47)。Skp2在大肠癌中的表达与p27k ip1的表达呈现明显负相关;统计学检验有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:大肠癌组织中,Skp2的过度表达和p27k ip1的表达缺失有明显的相关性,可能通过降低p27k ip1的表达而促进肿瘤的浸润和转移。检测癌组织中Skp2、p27k ip1的表达情况,有助于评估肿瘤的生物学行为,对患者的预后判断具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the expression of skp2 and p27^kip1 in a series of human tissue sample representing different stages of colorectal carcinomas.Method: Paraffin embedded materials from 80 samples of colorectal carcinomas were analyzed by immunohistochemistry for skp2 and p27^kip1 expression.Result: Of 80 cases,45（56.3%） were positive for skp2.The expression of skp2 was significantly related to the lymphatic metastasis77%（36/47） and the rate of skp2 expression in different TNM stage of the colorectal carcinomas.It also has significant relation with the expression of p27^kip1（p<0.01）.Conclusion: The skp2 expression are related to the invasion and metastasis of the colorectal carcinomas and the expression of p27^kip1.It promotes the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinomas.更多还原
