【摘要】 目的:研究Tob mRNA在结直肠癌组织及其相应的癌旁正常组织的表达,探讨其在结直肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法:用荧光定量RT-PCR方法,检测38例结直肠癌标本及其相应的癌旁正常组织Tob mRNA的表达。结果:38例癌组织Tob mRNA表达高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.005);TobmRNA表达随着Dukes分期有增高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:在结直肠癌的发病机制中,Tob mRNA可能为致癌基因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of Tob mRNA in human colorectal cancer tissues,and their corresponding para-cancerous tissues,and to investigate the role of Tob mRNA in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer.Method: Quantitative real time RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of Tob mRNA in 38 colorectal cancers.Result: Compared to those from corresponding normal tissues the expression of Tob mRNA in colorectal cancer tissues were significantly increased.Moreover,the expression value of Tob in Dukes A,B,C,D was 8.32±1.90,6.90±1.43,6.01±1.25 and 3.48±0.69,respectively.Analyzed by one-way ANOVA,there were significant differences in the expression of Tob in defferent Dukes stage.Conclusion: The up-regulation expression of Tob mRNA may be closely associated with tumorigenesis of colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
