茂金属聚烯烃弹性体及其纤维的性能研究

【摘要】 利用核磁共振(NMR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、毛细管流变仪等测试手段对茂金属聚烯烃弹性体(VM2210)的结构和性能进行了表征,并进行了熔融纺丝。结果表明:该弹性体是含有少量乙烯链段的丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物,熔点为161.8℃,结晶度为7.7%,其熔体是典型的切力变稀流体。VM2210弹性体的非牛顿指数随等规聚丙烯(iPP)加入量增加而增加;表观粘流活化能随剪切速率的增大而减小;结构粘度指数随温度升高而下降,可纺性增加,可纺出弹性回复率较好的VM2210弹性体纤维。在VM2210弹性体中加入质量分数为10%的iPP,可提高VM2210弹性纤维的强度。

【Abstract】 The structure and properties of a novel metallocene polyolefin elastomer,VM2210,were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry(NMR)and capillary rheogoniometry.The VM2210 elas- tomer was melt spun into fibers.The results showed that this elastomer was a propylene-and-ethylene block copolymer containing a small amount of ethylene segment and exhibited melting point of 161.8℃and crystallinity of 7.7%,Its melt belonged to a typi- cal shear thinning fluid.The non-Newtonian index of VM2210 elastomer was increased with the addition of isotactic polypropylene (iPP).The apparent activation energy was decreased with increasing the shearing rate.The structural viscosity index was de- creased with raising the temperature,and the spinnability was improved,hence the VM2210 elastic fiber can be produced with good elastic recovery percentage.The incorporation of 10% iPP by mass fraction into VM2210 elastomer can improve the tenacity of VM2210 elastic fiber.
