尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料及其在纤维领域的应用
Nylon 6/montmorillonite nanocomposites and its application in fiber field
【摘要】 介绍了尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备方法、结构与性能以及在纤维领域中的应用。指出通过传统的熔融纺丝法,尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料可制成高强度、高耐磨、高耐热的纤维,随着制备成本的降低,尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料可望在纤维领域得到广泛的应用。
【Abstract】 The preparation, structure and properties of nylon 6/raontmorillonite nanocomposites were introduced, as was its application in fiber field. The nylon 6/montmorillonite nanocomposites can be used to produce the fibers with high strength, abrasion resistance and heat resistance by conventional melt spinning process and widely used in fiber field owing to production cost reduction.
