PBT/PET共混体系相容性研究

【摘要】 将聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)熔融共混,通过粘度匹配原则, 确定PBT/PET共混体系的熔体温度为275-285℃,在283℃时制得PBT/PET共混切片,并对其共混体系进行相容性研究。结果表明:PBT/PET共混体系的理论热焓均小于41.8 mJ,为热力学相容体系;由扫描电镜观察PBT/PET共混体系在PBT和PET交界处发生了相分离,当PBT与PET共混比越接近,相分离程度越明显;DSC分析表明PBT/PET共混体系在非晶区相容,晶区不相容。

【Abstract】 Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) were melted and blended to prepare PBT/ PET blend systems. The melt temperature of PBT/PET blend system was determined as 275 -285℃ according to viscosity accordance principle. The PBT/PET blend chips can be produced at 283℃. The compatibility of PBT/PET blend systems was studied. The results showed that the PBT/PET blend systems showed the enthalpy less than 41. 8 mJ, which belonged to thermo-dynamic compatible system. The phase separation was observed at the interface between PBT and PET by scanning electron microscopy. The more close to 1 the mass fraction ratio of PBT and PET was, the greater the phase separation was. The DSC results showed that the PBT/PET blend system was compatible in amorphous region, but incompatible in crystalline region.
