苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物改性沥青的老化性能

【摘要】 考察了苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)和加入含硫稳定剂的SBS改性沥青老化后的动态力学性能、黏度变化和低温物理性能。结果表明,SBS与含硫稳定剂的加入改善了老化后沥青的高温性能;老化后的改性沥青表现出更好的高温刚性,蠕变劲度降低,蠕变速率增大,老化后沥青的低温性能提高,且长期使用性能良好。

【Abstract】 The aging properties of asphalt modified with styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS) and SBS which was added sulfuric stabilizer(SWD) were studied by rolling thin film oven and pressure aging vessel.The effect of SBS and SWD on dynamic mechanical properties,dynamic viscosity,low-temperature physical properties of the asphalt after aging were examined.The results showed that the complex modulus of the original asphalt after aging was improved and adding SBS or SBS with SWD to the asphalt enhanced the properties of the(original) asphalt after aging at high temperature.The modified asphalt after aging displayed better rheological properties than those of asphalt.The creep stiffness of the asphalt decreased and the creep rate increased after aging at low temperature by adding of SBS and SWD to the asphalt,the performance of the asphalt at low temperature increased.
