【摘要】 传统意义上的就业概念,高校就业率统计均是指以发放派遣证为标准,而发放派遣证的条件是正规就业,但实际上,从就业去向上讲,非正规就业已成为大学生就业的一个重要趋势。所以,应扩大“就业”概念的外延,将非正规就业纳入到就业渠道中来。高等学校务必以大学生为本,密切关注学生未来从事的职业及其人生走向,全面提升毕业生的就业率和就业满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditionally speaking,the statistics of the regular employment refers to the issuance of the accrediting certificate.And the accrediting certificates are issued to those who are regular employees.As a matter of fact,the irregular employment is an important trend for the undergraduates.Thus,we should extend the "connotation" of the employment and take the irregular employment into account.Being student-oriented,the higher learning institutions should pay more attention to the students’ future’s jobs and improve the rate as well as the satisfaction of the graduates.更多还原
