重金属Cr6+对烟草组织培养的影响
The Effect of Cr6+ on Tissue Culture of Tobacco
【摘要】 以烟草组培苗为材料,在培养基中添加不同浓度的重金属Cr6+离子,进行组织培养。30 d后,发现经过铬处理的烟草生长发育均受到不同程度的抑制。Cr6+浓度的增加,愈伤组织的长势、株高、根长、鲜重和干重总趋势均下降。叶片的叶绿素含量在Cr6+浓度为150μmol.L-1和200μmol.L-1时比对照高;蛋白质含量和可溶性糖含量,均比对照低。当Cr6+浓度达到800μmol.L-1时,烟草的生长发育完全被抑制。
【Abstract】 After tobaccos being cultivated in tissue culture polluted with Cr6+of different gradient concentration for 30 days,their growth was found inhibited to some extent.The results showed that the growth of callus,seedling height,root length,fresh weight and dry weight fell with the increase of the Cr6+.At both 150 μmolCr6+·L-1and 200 μmolCr6+·L-1,the chlorophyll content of leaves was higher than the comparison,also the contents of protein and soluble sugar declined comparing with the comparison.The growth of tobacco was completely inhibited when Cr6+reached 800 μmolCr6+·L-1.
