N-(5-对溴苯氧甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基)-N′-芳氧乙酰基硫脲的合成与生物活性
Synthesis and Biological Activity of N-[5-(p-bromophenoxy methyl)-1,3,4-thiodiazol-2-yl]-N′-aryloxyacetyl Thioureas
【摘要】 2-氨基-5-对溴苯氧甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑与芳氧乙酰基异硫氰酸酯反应,合成了9种新的芳氧乙酰基硫脲。其结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析确证。初步的生物活性实验结果表明,部分化合物具有较好的植物生长调节活性。
【Abstract】 Nine new aryloxyacetyl thioureas were synthesized by the reaction of 5-(p-bromo-phenoxymethyl)-2-amino-1,3,4-thiodiazole with aryloxyacetyl isothiocyanates and the structures were confirmed by ~1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.The biological activity tests at room temperature showed that some of the title compounds exhibited better plant growth regulator activities.
