R-(+)-2-(4-羟基苯氧基)丙酸的合成工艺改进
Technical Improvement for Synthesizing R-(+)-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)-propionic Acid
【摘要】 以对羟基苯乙酮和α-氯代丙酸酯为原料,经烷基化、水解、氧化、拆分、消旋化、再拆分等反应合成了光活性较高(e e.>.99%)的除草剂中间体R-(+)-2-(4-羟基苯氧基)丙酸,总收率48.2%。其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS表征。
【Abstract】 An intermediate of phenoxy-carboxylic herbicides,R-(+)-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)-propionic acid(e.e.>99%),was synthesized from 4-acetylphenol and methyl α-chloropropionate by the reaction of alkylation,hydrolysis,oxidation and resolution.The total yield is up to 48.2%.The structrue was characterized by ~1H NMR,IR and MS.
