【Abstract】 Allantoin was synthesized from urea and glyoxalic acid without catalyst.The optimal reaction conditions at 60 ℃ for 3 h were as follows: glyoxalic acid was 30 mmol,n(glyoxalic acid) ∶n(urea) was (1.0) ∶3.0.The yield was 60.3% and the purity was 98.0% under the optimal reaction conditions.更多还原
