(3aS,6aR)-1,3-二苄基-4-氢-4H-呋喃[3,4-d]咪唑-2,4(1H)-二酮在离子液体中的酶催化水解反应(英文)
Asymmetric Hydrolysis of (3aS,6aR)-1,3-dibenzyl-tetrahydro-4H-furano[3,4-d]imidazole-2,4(1H)-diketone Catalyzed by Fungal Esterase in Ionic Liquids
【摘要】 D,L-(3 aS,6 aR)-1,3-二苄基-4氢-4H-呋喃[3,4-d]咪唑-2,4(1H)-二酮在BM ImBF4离子液体中,于45℃酶催化水解反应8 h得D-式异构体,收率45.0%,e.e.值90.4%。
【Abstract】 A method was developed for direct enantio-selective hydrolysis of D,L-(3aS,6aR)-1,3-dibenzyl-tetrahydro-4H-furanoimidazole-2,4(1H)-diketone(Ⅰ) to form the corresponding D-(3aS,6aR)-1,3-dibenzyl-tetrahydro-4H-furanoimidazole-2,4(1H)-diketone(Ⅱ) in the presence of a fungal esterase from fusarium sp..45.0% yield with 90.4% e.e.was obtained for 8 h at 45 ℃ in an esterase(activity 500 U·g-1)/BMImBF4(1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate) ionic liquids system.
