担载型铑络合物催化异丁烯氢甲酰化反应的研究
Isobutene Hydroformylation by a Novel Supported Catalyst
【摘要】 将铑络合物担载于磷钨酸改性的载体上制备了一系列新型催化剂。利用异丁烯氢的甲酰化反应考察了磷钨酸改性的各种载体对催化剂的活性和稳定性的影响。结果表明,以磷钨酸改性的S iO2为载体的催化剂在反应中的催化效果最好,当异丁烯5.0 g,V(H2)∶V(CO)=1∶1,p=3.0 MPa时,于377 K反应5 h,ASTY达420.9 h-1;异戊醛的收率为80.37%。
【Abstract】 A series of hydroformylation catalysts were prepared by supporting Rhodium complex in the supporters modified by phosphotungstic acid.The influence of the supporters on the the catalystic activity and stability of the catalyst was discussed by the reaction of isobutene hydroformylation.The experimental results showed that the catalyst was the best in the reaction using SiO2 modified by phosphotungstic acid as a supporter,and ASTY can be up to 420.9 h-1 and isovaleraldehyde yield was 80.37% with V(H2) ∶V(CO)=1 ∶ 1 under 3.0 MPa at 377 K for 5 h.
