甲基橙指示动力学光度法测定微量苯酚
Determination of Phenol Using Kinetic Spectrophotometric Method by Methyl Orange as a Indicator
【摘要】 基于在酸性条件下,苯酚对溴酸钾氧化甲基橙的反应具有显著的抑制作用,建立了测定微量苯酚的动力学光度分析新方法。线性范围为0.40μg.mL-1~2.8μg.mL-1,检出限为0.1777μg.mL-1,对1.0μg.mL-1的苯酚平行测定11次的相对标准偏差是1.44%,对空白溶液连续11次测定的相对标准偏差是3.32%。
【Abstract】 The method is based on the inhibitory effect of phenol on the reaction between bromate and methyl orange in acidic media at 80 ℃.Phenol could be determined in the concentration range of(0.40) μg·mL-12.8 μg·mL-1,the detection limit is 0.1777 μg·mL-1.The relative standard deviation for eleven replicate determination of 1.0 μg·mL-1 phenol was 1.44%.
