【摘要】 目的观察桃核承气汤化裁辅助西医治疗对卵巢上皮性癌患者的血清CA125水平及化疗副作用的影响。方法将42例接受卵巢癌肿瘤减灭术治疗的Ⅲ期卵巢上皮性癌患者随机分为治疗组22例和对照组20例。对照组术后以PC方案化疗6个疗程,治疗组在PC方案化疗的基础上加用桃核承气汤化裁,连续服用3个月。采用酶联免疫分析法检测2组患者治疗前后的血清CA125,以CA125半衰期为评价卵巢癌治疗效果并监测病情发展的的指标。并根据世界卫生组织(WHO)规定的化疗药物毒性反应分度标准比较2组化疗时恶心呕吐及白细胞计数降低程度。结果CA125半衰期(T1/2)试验组≤40日者为86.36%,对照组为60.00%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组恶心呕吐和白细胞计数降低程度≤Ⅰ度者分别为77.27%和86.36%,对照组分别为55.00%和60.00%,2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论桃核承气汤化裁内服配合西医治疗晚期卵巢癌患者效果满意,比单纯手术加化疗效果要好,且化疗副反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of combined Chinese medicine Taorenchengqi Decoction with chemotherapy on the level of serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) and the chemotherapy-related side effects in patients with ovarial epithelium carcinoma.Methods 42 patients with three-stage of ovarial epithelium carcinoma who underwent ovarian cancer reduction operation were randomly divided into two groups.20 patients in the control group accepeted Cisplatin-based combination chemotherapy for six months.22 patients in the treatment group were administrated Taohechengqi Decoction in addition of accepeted cisplatin-based combination chemotherapy for three months.Enzyme-linked immuno assay was used to investigate the level of serum CA 125. The half life of serum CA 125 level was referred as the index of evaluation of the treatment effect and the monitor of cancer development.The decrease degree of leucocyte count and the change of nausea and vomiting was observed according to the Standard of Degree in Toxicity of Chemotherapy(WHO,1979).Results The half life of CA 125 level less than forty days in the treatment group was 86.36% and 60.00% in the control group.The decrease degree of nausea,vomiting and leucocyte count less the one degree in the treatment group was 77.27% and 86.36% repectivrly and 55.00%和60.00% respectively in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0 05).Conclusion Combined Chinese medicine Taorenchengqi Decoction with chemotherapy have satisfactory effect on ovarian cancer in advanced stage with less chemotherapy-related side effect.更多还原
