【摘要】 目的观察疏肝安神固涩法为主配合心理疏导治疗五更泻的临床疗效。方法将100例五更泻患者随机分为2组,治疗组50例予疏肝安神固涩中药配合心理疏导,同时予易蒙停口服;对照组50例采用西药常规治疗,慢性非特异溃疡性结肠炎者给予惠迪0.5 g,每日3次口服,肠易激综合征者给予思连康1.5 g,每日3次口服。观察2组疗效及治疗前后心理状况评分。结果治疗组显效率、总有效率分别为58%、90%,对照组分别为30%、78%,2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗组治疗前后心理状况评分比较,治疗后与治疗前绝大多数因子分有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后心理状况评分比较,绝大多数因子分则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论疏肝安神固涩法为主配合心理疏导治疗五更泻疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination dispersing the depressed liver-engergy,calming the nerves,controling diarrhea with sychologic treatment on Diarrhea before Dawn. Methods 100 patients with Dirrhea before Dawn were randomly divided into two groups.50 patients in the treatment group were administered traditional herb decoction which according to depressed liver-engergy,calming the nerves,controling diarrhea in addition to orally taken Loperamide.50 patients in the contol group were given western medicine treatment,for patients with chronic colitis mesalazine 0.5gram each time,three times a day wrere taken;for patients with irritable bowel syndrome siliankang 1.5 gram each time,three times daily were taken.Psychologic status scores were investigated before and after treatment.Result The apparent rate and the total effctiveness rate in the treatment group was 58% and 90% respectively,and 30% and 78% respectively in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The psychologic statuses of patients in the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),while patients in the control groups there were no significant improvement(P>0.05).Conclusions There is a satisfactory effect of combination dispersing the depressed liver-engergy,calming the nerves,controling diarrhea with pchycolotgic treatment on Diarrhea before Dawn.更多还原
