【摘要】 目的观察复方丹参注射液合黄芪注射液对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者非心脏手术围手术期心率变异性的影响,寻求提高冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病围手术期安全性的方法。方法选择经内科确诊为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病拟行择期手术的老年患者60例,随机分为2组。治疗组30例围手术期予复方丹参注射液合黄芪注射液静脉滴注,对照组予5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液静脉滴注。观察围手术期不同时点心率(HR)和心率变异(HRV)、心率变异总功率(TP)、低频(LF)、高频(HF)、LF/HF、uHF(HF/TP)等各项指标的变化。结果治疗组围手术期各时点HR明显降低,TP、LF、HF、uHF(HF/TP)升高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),LF/HF变化不明显。结论冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者应用复方丹参注射液合黄芪注射液后心肌缺血状况改善,迷走神经功能恢复,交感神经、副交感神经达到了良好的平衡,提高了冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者围手术期的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of complex Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on perioperative heart rate variability of senium patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease suffering from noncardiac surgery.Methods 60 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease who were waiting for undergoing operation were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the treatment group were venously administrated comlex Salvia miltiorrhiza injection and Radix Astragali injection.30 patients in the control group were given 5% Glucose and Sodium Chloride injection.The indexes in different time during perioperation were recorded which included heart rate(HR),heart rate variation(HRV),the total power of heart rate variation(TP),low frequency(LF),high frequency(HF),et al.Results The HR in different time during perioperation in the treatment group were significantly lower and TP,LF,HF significantly higher than those in the control group respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Administrating comlex Salvia miltiorrhiza injection and Radix Astragali injection on senium patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease can improve myocardial ischemia,balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervers,increase the safety of perioperation.更多还原
