【摘要】 目的观察脉血康胶囊治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将80例椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕患者随机分为2组。治疗组40例采用脉血康胶囊治疗,每次4粒,每日3次。对照组40例采用西药常规治疗。2组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察2组临床疗效、椎-基底动脉平均流速及血液流变学指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组椎-基底动脉平均流速变化以及血液流变学指标[全血黏度(低切、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积)]改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脉血康胶囊能有效治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of Maixuekang capsule in patients with verigo due to vetebra-arteria basilaris.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the treatment groups were administered four Maixuekang capsuels each time and three times daily.40 patients in the control group were treated with route western medicine.The clinical effectiveness,blood velocity in the vetebra-arteria basilaris and index of haemorheology were observed in both groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment and control group was 92.5% and 75% respectively(P<0.05).The blood velocity in the vetebra-arteria basilaris of patients in the treatment group significantly increased compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).And the indexs of haemorheology(the whole blood viscocity) in the treatment group were significantly improved in the treatment group(P<0.05).更多还原
