血液灌流抢救重度药物及农药中毒的临床观察

【摘要】 目的观察血液灌流抢救重度药物及农药中毒患者的临床疗效。方法将226例患者分为血液灌流组(HP组)和非血液灌流组(NHP组)。HP组114例采用常规治疗加血液灌流,NHP组112例仅采用常规治疗,两组进行对比研究,观察患者意识恢复的时间,平均住院天数,病死率,并发症的发生率。结果HP组患者意识恢复时间明显短于NHP组,平均缩短25 h,缩短平均住院4 d,病死率平均降低13.5%,并发症的发生率降低10.9%,两组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流抢救重度药物及农药中毒的患者可在短时间内清除体内的药物及农药,迅速减轻或消除中毒症状,具有疗效快,可靠,副作用小,缩短病程的作用,是治疗重度药物及农药中毒最有效的方法之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hemoperfusion rescue for patients with serious drug and pesticide intoxication.Methods 226 patients with serious drug and pesticide intoxication were randomly divided into two groups,114 patients in hemoperfusion(HP) group were treated by routine therapy plus hemoperfusion,112 patients in non hemoperfusion(NHP) groups were treated only by routine therapy.The time of consciousness recovery,hospitalization time,hospital mortality and incidence of complications in both groups were observed and compared.Results The time of consciousness recovery in HP group was obviously shorter than that of NHP group(mean 25 hours),the hospitalization time was shorten by 4 days,hospital mortality rate was decreased by 13.5%,incidence of complications was reduced by 10.9%.There were significant differences in these parameters between the two groups((P<0.05).)Conclusion The hemoperfusion rescue for patients with serious drug and pesticide intoxication may remove drug and pesticide at shorter time,reduce or remove symptoms of intoxication quickly,have therapeutic effect rapidly,with reliable efficacy and fewer side effects,and may shorten the duration of hospitalization.It is one of the best effective therapies for serious drug and pesticide intoxication.
