【摘要】 目的研究组织中CD44v6的表达以及血清sCD44v6水平变化与胃癌生物学行为和Lauren分型的关系,为进一步探讨两者与胃癌浸润转移关系奠定基础。方法采用免疫组化SP法观察CD44v6在42例胃癌组织中的表达情况,以及应用ELISA法检测53例胃癌患者血清sCD44v6水平变化。结果CD44v6在30例正常胃粘膜组织中均不表达,在胃癌组织中表达61.9%(2642),血清sCD44v6在胃癌组(n=53)水平为(565.69±165.89)ng ml明显高于正常对照组(n=42)及胃溃疡组(n=29),无论CD44v6的表达还是sCD44v6水平均随胃癌浸润扩展、TNM分期上升及转移的发生而增高。弥漫型胃癌CD44v6表达80%(1620)明显高于肠型胃癌者45.5%(1022),并且随着浸润进展及转移程度而增加(P<0.05),同时弥漫型胃癌患者血清sCD44v6水平[(629.61±118.10)ng ml,n=22]明显高于肠型胃癌者[(520.33±101.17)ng ml,n=31],并随着远处转移的发生而增高(P<0.05)。结论组织中CD44v6表达和血清sCD44v6水平变化在胃癌,尤其是弥漫型胃癌的浸润转移的预测与监测具有临床检测意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between biological behavior in gastric tumor and the serum levels of soluble CD44v6 and the expression of CD44v6 in the tissues of gastric tumor in order to investigate further the possible mechanism of metastasis in gastric tumor.Methods The expression of CD44v6 in 42 cases of gastric tumor tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The serum levels of sCD44v6 in 53 patients with gastric tumor were measured by ELISA.Results The positive rate of CD44v6 in control group and in gastric tumor tissue was 0% and 61.9% respectively.The serum sCD44v6 in gastric tumor group (n=53) was (565.69±165.89) ng/ml,which was obviously higher than that in control group (n=42) and in gastric ulcer group (n=29).The expression of CD44v6 and the levels of sCD44v6 were increased with the TNM stage,invasive depth and metastasis status (P<0.05).The serum levels of sCD44v6 in patients with gastric tumor (n=53) were (565.69±165.89) ng/ml,which were significant higher than those in control group (n=42) and in patients with gastric ulcer (n=29,P<0.01).The levels of serum sCD44v6 levels increased with TNM stage and metastatic status (P<0.05).The levels of serum sCD44v6 levels in patients with diffuse-type gastric carcinoma were (629.61±118.10) ng/ml,wihch were significant higher than those (520.33±101.17) ng/ml in patients with intestinal-type gastric carcinoma (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD44v6 and serum levels of sCD44v6 may be of significant clinical value in predicting and monitoring the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma,especially in diffuse-type gastric carcinoma.更多还原
