【摘要】 目的探讨在终末期肝肾病患者同侧颈内静脉置入多条导管的可行性。方法43例接受同种异体肝、肾和肝肾联合移植术患者,用Seldinger穿剌插管法,在右侧颈内静脉同时放置包括容量性肺动脉导管1条、双腔中心静脉导管1~2条等多条导管。结果43例中39例同时放置2条,4例同时放置3条导管均成功。误入动脉2例、血肿1例。结论同侧颈内静脉置入多条导管是可行的,且具有节约成本,操作、管理方便等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of multiple catheters inserting via same side internal jugular vein in the treatment of advanced renal and liver disease.Methods Using Seldinger technique,one pulmonary artery catheter and 1～2 central venous catheters were inserted via same side internal jugular vein in 43 patients receiving allogeneic transplantation of liver and kidney.Results All the operations were successful.39 patients were inserted with two catheters(one Swan-Ganz volume pulmonary artery catheter and one central venous catheter),4 patients were inserted with three catheters(one Swan-Ganz volume pulmonary artery catheter and two central venous catheters).Complications: 2 cases of arterial puncture(4.7%) and 1 case of hematoma(2.3%).Conclusion The multiple catheters inserting via same side internal jugular vein in the treatment of advanced liver and kidney disease is feasible,with economic and convenient merits in treatment.更多还原
