【摘要】 目的探讨多层螺旋CT三雏表面遮盖成像(SSD)在颌面部创伤的诊断价值。方法使用SOMATOM-Plas 4层螺旋CT扫描对36例颌面部创伤患者行颌面部平扫加三维重建(SSD),并与术后结果对照。结果单纯上颌骨骨折16例,混合骨折10例,眶底壁骨折10例．结论SSD能清晰显示颌面骨折的立体解剖及周围组织关系,为临床提供较好的整体现模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the diagnostic value of SSD of MSCT in maxillofacial trauma.Meth- ods:Routine scan with SSD of MSCT(SOMATOM—Plas 4)in 36 cases of maxillofacial trauma were ana- lyzed,and compared with operative results.Result:Simple fracture in sixteen cases.Mixed fracture in ten cases.Fracture Of orbital base wall in ten cases.Conclusion:SSD can show clearly the spatial anatomic structure and peripheral tissue relation,and provide well total model for clinical diagnosis.更多还原
