【摘要】 目的:研究多西紫杉醇联合顺铂对人骨肉瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用。方法:应用细胞计数、形态学观察、流式细胞术等方法检测和观察分别及联合应用多西紫杉醇和顺铂对人骨肉瘤细胞株的增殖抑制。结果:多西紫杉醇和顺铂分别及联合用药,在一定范围内均对骨肉瘤细胞有明显的增殖抑制和诱导凋亡作用,并且联合用药组作用明显强于单独用药组(抑制率≥59.34%,P<0.05;凋亡率18.31%,P<0.01)。结论:多西紫杉醇和顺铂联合用药比单独用药对骨肉瘤细胞株增殖抑制作用更强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the proliferation inhibition effect of docetaxel combined with cisplatin on osteosarcoma cells.Methods: The effect of docetaxel and cisplatin alone or combined on osteosarcoma cell line HOS8603 was examined by cell count,morphologic observation and flow cytometry(FCM).Results: Docetaxel and cisplatin either alone or combined inhibited significantly the proliferation of osteosarcoma cells and induced obviously the apoptosis,and the effect of the drugs combined was more effective than that of the drugs alone(growth inhibition ratio≥59.34%,P<0.05;apoptosis ratio=18.31%,P<0.01).Conclusion: Combination of docetaxel and cisplatin have more significant effect of the proliferation inhibition on osteosarcoma cells than either of the drugs alone has.更多还原
