【摘要】 目的:比较三种根充糊剂充填根管后的疼痛发生情况。方法:278颗需要进行根管治疗的患牙分为活髓牙A组及死髓牙B组,A,B两组又分为A1、A2、A3及B1、B2、B3三个亚组,A组分别用Cortisomol糊剂+牙胶尖(A1),氧化锌丁香油糊剂+牙胶尖(A2),氧化锌丁香油糊剂+地塞米松+牙胶尖(A3)进行一次性根管充填;B组使用与A组相同材料进行常规治疗,暂封3-5 d后根管充填,观察术后2周内的疼痛出现情况。结果:在活髓牙组(A)中Cortisomol糊剂+牙胶尖(A1)同氧化锌丁香油糊剂+地塞米松+牙胶尖(A3)的疼痛发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05),而Cortisomol糊剂+牙胶尖(A1)与氧化锌丁香油糊剂+地塞米松+牙胶尖(A3)的疼痛发生率均显小于氧化锌丁香油糊剂+牙胶尖(P<0.05),在死髓牙组(B)中观察到同样的结果,即B1与B3间疼痛发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05),但均显著的小于B2的疼痛发生率(P<0.05)。结论:传统的根管充填糊剂中加入少量的地塞米松可减少根管治疗后疼痛,其效果等同于价格昂贵的Cortisomol糊剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the occurrences of pain after root canal filling with three different kinds of materials.Methods: A total of 278 teeth for root canal treatment were divided into vital group(group A) and non-vital teeth(group B).Each group was divided into three sub-groups according to different filling materials as Cortisomol sealer+gutta-percha(A1 and B1),Eugenol(ZOE)+gutta-percha(A2 and B2) and ZOE+dexamethasone+gutta-percha(A3 and B3) group respectively.Results: No significant difference between the occurrence rate of pain in A1 and in A3(P>0.05),but both occurrence rates in A1 and A3 were lower than in A2 with significant difference(P<0.05).In B group,there was no significant difference between B1 and B3(P>(0.05),) but the occurrence rate of pain in B1 and B3 was lower than in B2 with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The material of ZOE+gutta-percha+dexamethasone that is cheaper than Cortosomal sealer and can also decrease the rate of pain occurrence after canal filling.更多还原
