【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces structure and function of GSM-R Communication Network and mostly presents a plan to design a network management for railway communication equipment which is based on the GSM-R network. The plan has been tested in the lab. It can be easily for the man who works in remote control center to know the status of the equipment.
