【摘要】 人民币汇率长期以来被作为促进出口的政策性工具,这造成出口企业过于依赖汇率而疏于产品质量。从人民币向可自由兑换货币发展的目标来看,汇率制度必须逐步改革。汇率制度的改革将使汇率水平由市场决定的程度越来越大,汇率不可能成为长期促进出口的政策性工具,出口竞争力的提高只能依靠企业的内在实力。要提高我国企业的内在实力,不仅要利用传统优势,更要注重后天优势的培育,以适应不断变化的国际市场,要看到比较优势的动态性、可获得性,选择具有前瞻性的动态比较优势对外贸易战略,使我国持续不断地拥有在外贸中能赖以获利的比较优势基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 RMB foreign exchange rate has been treated as a tool for promoting export for a long time.It causes that enterprises rely on foreign exchange rate policy and do not make effort on improving product quality. From the perspective of development goal that RMB will become free exchange currency in a long time,foreign exchange rate system must be reformed step by step then can cooperate to fulfill this goal.During the process of foreign exchange system reforming,the level of foreign exchange rate will determined by market more and more.Thus,foreign exchange rate will not become policy tool to promote export in a long period.The increase of export must rely on enhancement of enterprise’s internal competency.In order to promote our enterprise’s internal competency and adapt competitive international market,we not only need use current advantages well,further more,we but also need focus on nourishing advantages in nature.It means we need see dynamic and attainable features of comparative advantages and choose predictive dynamic comparative advantage strategies when making foreign trade strategy,continuously to possess comparative advantage basis in a long time which can make profits in foreign trade.更多还原
