【Abstract】 The basic interests of Chinese workers are currently vulnerable to harms without effective protection.The analysis yields several causes,such as,more than enough labor forces,insufficient legal awareness of workers,overtime trials and increased legal costs during the likely proceedings.In addition,the local policies render it as hard as impossible to offer a legal protection to the workers.更多还原
