【Abstract】 A great achievement has been made in Hebei businesses since the 9th 5year plan,despite problems that have remained.The principal inefficiency in Hebei is short of personnel,capital investment,low level of information technology,immature environment and the like.Faced with the problems,businesses should do best to take active measures,improve the information technology industry,advocate the application of the information technology,and solve the problems of insufficient number of personnel.更多还原
