【Abstract】 There have been three peaks of coal mine calamities since the founding of new China,namely,at the period of economic recovery,the great leap forward,and transition from the planned economic system to market economic system.For the sake of the people,the Party and government has taken a series of countermeasures to prevent the calamities.In addition,history serves as the lesson of enlightenment to establish the scientific mechanisms of early warning and effective countermeasures.And it is meaningful for the harmony of society.更多还原
