【Abstract】 Based on the analyses of decision of irrigation schemes,the decision method is given based on GSG system that can optimize the irrigation schemes by Group Weights-Making,Single Fuzzy Evaluation and Group DecisionMaking.The method integrates everyone’s preference into all decision-makers’ preference and realizes multiple decision-maker and multiple objectsive decision,exerting everyone’s opinions completely.At last,this method is applied in practice.更多还原
