【摘要】 经济安全研究旨在制定符合我国国情的经济安全战略和政策,构建我国国家经济安全监测评估系统是其基础。本研究将经济安全监测评估系统分为经济安全常规监测评估系统和经济安全突发监测评估系统两个部分。前者主要用于监测渐进性指标,后者则主要监测突发性指标。经济安全常规监测评估系统由安全条件指标系统和安全能力指标系统组成,其中安全条件指标系统主要衡量我国国家经济安全所面临的经济风险,安全能力指标则主要考虑我国经济系统应对危机的能力。经济安全突发监测评估系统则是主要集中在战争、政治、社会稳定和环境领域。本文的主体是经济安全常规监测评估系统的设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 The goal of the research on the economic security lies in establishing economic security strategies and policies based on the situation of our country,among which the establishment of the national economic security system is fundamental.In the following analysis,the system is divided into two parts: the general supervision and reviewing system and the sudden one.The former is mostly used to supervise the gradual indices,and the latter to sudden ones.The general supervision and reviewing system of the national economic security consists of the system of security condition index and that of the security capability index,of which the former is mostly used to measure the economic risks facing the economic security of our country,and the latter is mostly pointed to the capability of the economic system of our country to deal with crises.And the sudden system is focused on the fields of war,politics,social stability and environment.The subject of the paper is the design of the general supervision and reviewing system of the national economic security.更多还原
