【摘要】 社会经济情况的统计调查在市场经济条件下具有调查委托者、调查者、调查对象之间信息收集、披露的利益博弈特征,必须从统计体制、具体操作方法、法律制度等各个层面,综合应用现代新制度经济学、博弈论和信息经济学的理论剖析统计调查当事三方之间的信息收集、披露所形成的利益关系和博弈策略,才能找出由于我国的特殊国情和统计历史渊源所造成的统计当事各方的信息收集、披露成本及行为方式与发达国家的差异,构建适合我国国情的统计体制和有关法律制度及统计方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Statistical survey of social economics has a benefit games’ character with the information collecting and exposing among the three sides of investigative consigners,investigators and investigative objects.Only by employing the methods of theory analyzing in new institution economics,games theory and information economics to survey the three sides’ information collected and exposed benefit connection and games policy from statistical institution,operational method and legal system,and so on,can we find the differences in the information collection,exposed cost and modes of conduct between developed country and our country which has the special situation and the history of statistics and construct more compatible statistical institution,legal system and statistical method.更多还原
