SO42-/TiO2-MoO3-La2O3催化合成苹果酯
Preparation of fructone catalyzed by using SO42-/TiO2-MoO3-La2O3
【摘要】 以稀土改性固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-MoO3-La2O3为多相催化剂,对以乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙二醇为原料合成苹果酯的反应条件进行了研究。实验表明稀土改性固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-MoO3-La2O3是合成苹果酯的良好催化剂,最佳反应条件为∶n(乙酰乙酸乙酯)∶n(乙二醇)为1∶1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.5%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间1.0h,反应温度88℃~116℃,苹果酯收率达81.6%。
【Abstract】 Fructone was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and glycol in the presence of SO42-/TiO2-MoO3-La2O3.The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out. The optimum conditions are that molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to glycol was 1∶1.5,the quantity of catalyst adding was equal to 1.5 % feed stock,and the reaction time was 60min.SO42-/TiO2-MoO3-La2O3 was an excellent catalyst for synthetizing fructone,the yield can reach over 81.6%.
