微波辐射硫酸钛催化合成肉桂酸异戊酯
Catalysis with microwave to synthetic isoamyl cinnamate
【摘要】 以硫酸钛为催化剂,利用微波辐射技术,在常压下肉桂酸与异戊醇合成肉桂酸异戊酯。实验表明,当n肉桂酸:n异戊醇:n硫酸钛=1:9:0.062时,采用800W微波80%火力辐射22.5min,肉桂酸异戊酯的产率达到83.9%。
【Abstract】 Isoamyl cinnamate is syntheticed fastly with the technique of microwave radiation in the presence of titanium sulfate as a catalyst. They reacted with isoamyl alcohol and cinnamic acid under the normal pressure. The best reaction condition are the mole ratio of titanium sulfate, isoamyl alcohol and cinnamic acid is 1:9:0.062. The power of miorwave is 640W, the radiating time of microwave is 22.5 min, the trasforming percentage may reach 83.9%.
