【Abstract】 Our studying findings, because the players who born earlier in selection year associated with a relative batter physical and mental precocity advantages than the players who born later in selection year in adolescent soccer team with their peers born group, they were more likely to be identified as early talented and to be exposed to higher amount of coaching by coaches. Thereby, this bias in identification talent is likely to be formed. Therefore, this paper has suggested some potential solutions to the bias problem in order to enhance the scientific identification talent of adolescent soccer players.更多还原
