【摘要】 利用甲醇提取黄荆不同器官的活性物质,并用提取物对几种细菌和真菌进行抑菌试验。结果表明,黄荆各器官的甲醇提取物对细菌均有抑制作用,其抑菌作用大小顺序为子>茎>叶>根;对几种真菌的抑制作用相对较差,尤其是对黑曲霉没有抑制作用,但对灵芝的菌丝生长有非常强的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper active substance from various organism of Vitex negundo Linn.was extracted by use of methanol,and used in bacteriostasis experiment on some bacteria and epiphyte.The results indicated: all of the methanol extract from various organism of Vitex negundo Linn had inhibitory effect on bacteria,and the range of inhibitory effect was seeds > stem>leaves>root;the inhibitory effect on epiphyte was relatively weak,especially for aspergillus niger.But the methanol extract had strong inhibitory effect on mycelial growth of Ganoderma.更多还原
