【Abstract】 The fermentation technology of Bacillus thuringiensis bacillin "94001" was studied in this paper.Experimental results of 2.3m3 fermenter showed that the most favorable ventilatation quantity was 1∶0.5～1.2,temperature was 34℃,rotating speed was 250r·min-1.By experimentation of 40m3 fermenter,the value of potency and crystal protein content reached 6 484IU·μL-1 and 0.61% respectively.更多还原
