【摘要】 从华中农业大学的水稻田中采集的紫云英根瘤中分离到62株华癸中生根瘤菌,对其中的57株进行了回接结瘤试验,供试菌株均能正常结瘤。并对其中的44株进行质粒检测,13株含3个质粒,21株含2个质粒,7株含1个质粒,3株不含质粒,质粒分子量范围约为174～510kb,为研究华癸中生根瘤菌内源性质粒的相互作用及其共生固氮效应奠定了良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 62 strains of Mesorhizobium huakuii were isolated from nodules in Astragalus sinicus L.which were collected from rice fields of Huazhong Agriculture Unversity,57 srains were carried to infect A.sinicus L.again,the tested strains all could normally form nodules in A.sinicus L..44 strains were carried to probe plasmids.The results showed that 13 strains harbored 3 plasmids,21 strains harbored 2 plasmids,7 strains harbored 1 plasmids,3 strains harbored no plasmid.The extent of molecular weight of the plasmids probed was between 174kb-510kb.Good foundation had been created for studying on interaction among indigenous plasmids of Mesorhizobium huakuii and its’symbiotic nitrogen fization.更多还原
