【Abstract】 The paper summarized the clinical methods and serological methods of the Hypodermosis,such as Immuno-Electrophoretie,Double Immuno-diffsion,Passive Haemagglutination Assay,Enzyme-Linked Immu- nosorbent Assay,and emphasized the research on the ELISA.Methods of sampling,detection of antibodies from serum or milk samples and an antigen capture ELISA for diagnosising of cattle grub are discussed and the development of hypodermosis diagnosis is prospected as well.更多还原
