【摘要】 为了减少实验过程中有毒性化学药品的使用,对测定脯氨酸含量的方法进行了改进。结果表明：未用甲苯萃取方法测得的脯氨酸含量偏离客观值较大,故不能用于脯氨酸绝对含量的测定；但由于其与绝对含量间存在较为稳定的数量关系,因此可用于脯氨酸相对含量的测定。另外在目前进行的“高脯氨酸”抗性育种中,可以用于育种材料的初步选择。通过初步选择,可以淘汰掉大量无价值组合,减少后阶段工作的工作量,降低育种成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the usage of virulent chemicals in the experimental process,the method to deter- mine the proline content was improved.The result indicated that the proline content deviation objective value that was obtained with the toluene extract method is much bigger.Therefore it cannot be used in the proline absolute content determination.But it has more stable stoichiometric relation with the absolute content,it may be used in the proline comparative content determination.Moreover when we carry on“the high proline”at present in the resistant breeding,it may be used in the b preliminary choice stage of breeding material.
