两种菊酯类农药对鲤酯酶同工酶的影响
Effects of 2 Kinds of Pyrethrin Pesticides on EST Isozymes in Common Carp
【摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板不连续电泳法分析了高效反式氯氰菊酯和功夫菊酯在不同注射剂量、不同时间条件下对鲤肝胰脏酯酶同工酶的影响。结果表明,注射不同剂量农药攻毒后,在不同时间酯酶同工酶酶谱发生了不同程度的变化,变化的类型包括:酶带的缺失、新增及着色的深浅。但未发现随时间或注射量梯度的正相关变化。分析表明,同工酶酶谱的变化直接干扰鱼体正常的生理代谢,使营养和能量供给受阻,表现出生长发育滞缓,机体免疫力降低,并可能导致鱼体死亡。
【Abstract】 The effects of muscle injection with different doses of beta-cypermethrin and cyhalothrin on EST isozymes of common carp(Cyprinu scarpio Linn.) were conducted by PAGE(polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis).The results showed that the isozyme bands varied with pesticide doses and injection duration.The variety included missing or gain of isozyme bands and enzyme activity.But no positive relativity was found between doses or time and variety of the isozyme bands.Variety of isozyme bands may interfere metabolism of common carp,and retard supplyment nutrients and energy in the body,then it would slow down body’s growth rate,reduce immunity and cause illness or death.
