【Abstract】 Dynamic monitoring of urban land price is the important basis for the government to do land-price management and the regulation on land market.This paper analyses the contents and functions of dynamic monitoring of urban land price,and summarizes the main problems at present.So such suggestions are proposed as follows: Firstly,we should perfect the dynamic monitoring system of urban land price,enlarge the monitoring scope,define some organizations to carry out the tasks and offer necessary funds.Secondly,measures should be taken to ensure the accuracy of numerous monitoring data and the security of monitoring system.Thirdly,the standard of urban land price dynamic monitoring should be revised in time.And finally,more studies concerning the issue should be further developed.更多还原
