【Abstract】 The advancement of new socialist rural construction is the significant decision made by the Central Party Committee(CPC) through analyzing current domestic and international situation,on basis of grasping the gradual characteristics of our economic and social development,in view of the overall situation of our party and country,which is also the develpment and succession of the consistent strategic concept to attach great important to problems of agriculture,rural areas and peasant.(Ideological) and political work with the five functions of the education guidance,drive,adjustment and condensation is one of the effective methods to solve the non-system factor affecting social harmony and stability,it cannot be substituted in constructing new socialist countryside.更多还原
