水肥运筹和化学调控对强筋小麦品质的影响

【摘要】 研究了施肥和浇水以及化学调控等栽培措施对改善强筋小麦品质的作用。结果表明,孕穗期追肥有利于植株体内氮素的代谢与转化,与拔节期追肥相比可明显改善品质;灌浆期喷施氮素,可促进氮素代谢与转化,使一些品质的主要指标有所提高;浇灌浆水影响子粒内氮素的转化与积累;生长调节剂麦健对增加面团稳定时间有一定正效应,但一些常用的杀菌剂则对品质有一定副作用。

【Abstract】 The effects of some agronomical measures,such as fertilization,irrigation and chemical control,on improving the quality of strong-gluten wheat were studied. The results showed that dressing of nitrogen at booting stage was beneficial to the metabolism and transformation of nitrogen in the plant,resulting in improved quality in comparison to that of dressing at jointing.Application of nitrogen at grain filling stage improved some main quality characters by facilitating the metabolism and transformation of nitrogen.The chemical control using the PGRs-Maijian had positive effect on the stability time in Farinograph,while some fungicides had negative effect on some main quality characters.The techniques for the cultivation of the strong-gluten wheat were discussed based on the results.
