【摘要】 简要介绍几种弯管传感器重要参数弯径比的测量方法及其特点,经分析比较,提出弯管流量计现场检定可供选择的两种弯径比测量方法。通过随机抽查样件,同时用这两种弯径比测量方法进行检测,发现只有定弓高弦长法,适用于机加工传感器现场几何检定中关键参数弯径比的测量,其结果才是正确可靠的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Several key parameter measuring methods and the characteristic on-site proving of bend meter are intro- duced in this article.Two kinds of measuring methods of the ratio of central line radius to inside diameter on-site proving are brought forward after analysis and comparison.Random inspection of sample parts was made in order to compare the two kinds of measuring methods.It is the method of special precise vernier caliper height and metrical string length that the same with the machine tooled sensor.The measuring result of on-site proving is accurate and credible.更多还原
