再结合镁锆砖的研制及性能
The Development of Rebonded Magnizium-Zirconium Bricks and The Study on their Properties
【摘要】 由于水泥回转窑用镁铬质耐火材料在使用中生成有害的六价铬盐对环境和人体有危害,所以替代镁铬质耐火材料的研究已成为迫在眉睫的问题。以电熔二钙砂、方镁石一氧化锆共晶材料为原料,制备出了再结合镁锆砖,并对制品的烧结性能进行了研究。
【Abstract】 Studying on products of replacing magnesia chrome refractory is a problem that needs to be solved quickly because Cr6+ ion is produced by magnesia chrome refractory in cement rotary kiln damage people and environment.It produces rebonded magnizium-zirconium bricks which is made up of fused magnesite and fused eutectic MgO-ZrO2 materials.Then it analyzed the properties of samples after sintering.
